  • Can I buy from Behrmann Company?
    Behrmann Company is a manufacturer’s representative in the St. Louis marketing area. We sell to mechanical contractors, institutions and industrial customers located in eastern Missouri and southern Illinois. We cannot sell to retail/residential customers but we can recommend one of our distributor/wholesalers or a mechanical contractor to you.
  • I need startup on equipment I purchased from Behrmann Company. What do I do?
    First, make sure equipment is ready for startup. ​ Is water system completely filled and air bled from piping to boilers and heating devices? Is there adequate load to operate boiler(s)? Is there proper fuel supply to boiler(s)? Is all power and control wiring complete? Contact your Behrmann Company sales engineer or our Product Support Department manager to schedule your startup. Please call as far ahead as possible so we can be sure to accommodate you.
  • Do you accept credit cards as a form of payment?
    Behrmann Company accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Please be aware that we do pass a 2.5% credit card fee on to the customer.
  • What if I need parts on a weekend?
    Call the Behrmann Company emergency cell phone 314.578.5038. If a part is required, we can meet you at our company location to get your customer up and running 24/7.
  • Who do I call if I need service on my equipment?
    Behrmann Company does warranty service only on the products we represent. If your equipment is out of the warranty period (18 months from shipment or 12 months from startup), please call the installing contractor.
