Walt Steiner
President
Walt joined Behrmann Company as a Sales Engineer in 1999 and has served as President since 2010. He graduated from Missouri University of Science and Technology (formerly University of Missouri – Rolla), where he received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to joining Behrmann Company, Walt held sales positions at Philadelphia Gear and Rexnord Corporation, where he served as the Regional Drives Manager and was responsible for sales growth in a nine-state region. Walt maintains an active role in various charitable organizations in the St. Louis metropolitan area and is a leader and mentor in the high school group at his church.
Dave Bujnak
Sales Manager
Dave re-joined Behrmann Company in 2020 after a long career with Lochinvar, LLC where he served as Sr. District Sales Manager for over 20 years. Before that Dave began his career back in 1996 as a Sales Engineer for Behrmann Company where he worked closely with Don Behrmann to develop a Plumbing Division, that division is still going strong today. Dave is a graduate of Ranken Technical College where he excelled in Plumbing Technology which has provided many opportunities, including selling plumbing products. Dave provides Sales Leadership to the Sales Team here at Behrmann as well as technical support when needed.
Marty Wolfe
Supply Chain & Product Support Manager
Marty joined Behrmann Company in 2004 as a Product Support Technician and was promoted in April of 2014 to Product Support Manager. Marty graduated Cum Laude from Ranken Technical College as a Universal Tech. Marty has attended all of our vendor’s training schools.
Sandra Meyers
Accounting & HR Manager
Sandra joined Behrmann Company in 2022 as an Accounting & HR Manager. She graduated from UMGC with a B.S. in Accounting and currently pursuing a Master of Accountancy. Prior to joining Behrmann Company, she spent 13 years as an Executive Accountant for a private company which provided her with extensive experience in accounting across multiple industries.

Craig Sands
Sales Engineer
Craig joined Behrmann Company as a Sales Engineer in 2006. He graduated from Southern Illinois University – Carbondale, where he received a B.S. in Industrial Technology. He also holds a certificate for Project Management from Rockhurst University Continuing Education Center. Prior to joining Behrmann Company, Craig worked as a Sales Engineer and Program Manager for Alumax Engineered Metals Process and Nascote Industries, a Marketing Representative for Norrenberns Logistics, and a Quality Assurance Engineer for North American Lighting.
Dale Cover
Sales Engineer
Dale joined Behrmann Company as a Sales Engineer in 2016. He graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to joining Behrmann Company, Dale served as MEP Department Head for Hurst-Rosche Engineers for four years and Lunsford Baysinger for three years. He has also been President of Cover Engineering Design since 2004, providing MEP consulting to architectural clients throughout Southern Illinois and the St. Louis metropolitan area.
Phil Schneider
Sales Engineer
Phil joined Behrmann Company as a Sales Engineer in 2018. He graduated from Missouri S&T (Rolla) where he received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to joining Behrmann Company, Phil worked as an MEP Design Engineer at G&W Engineering for three years.
Rich Perkins
Sales Engineer
Rich joined Behrmann Company as a Sales Engineer in 2016. He graduated from Missouri S&T (Rolla) where he received a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Prior to joining Behrmann Company, he had experience in heavy construction and project management.
Tony LaGrotta
Sales Engineer
Tony joined Behrmann Company as a Sales Engineer in 2021. He graduated from Missouri S&T (Rolla) where he received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to joining Behrmann Company, he worked as a VRF Sales and Components Engineer and then promoted to Director of International Sales for RLS Press Fittings.
Zach Melber
Sales Engineer
Zach joined Behrmann Company as a Sales Engineer in 2016. He graduated from Missouri University of Science and Technology in 2015, where he received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Zach currently holds the Student Relations Chair for the ASHRAE – STL Chapter.
Brian Chapman
Project Engineer
Brian joined Behrmann Company as a Project Engineer in 2015. He graduated from Missouri S&T where he received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to joining Behrmann Company, he was in the aerospace manufacturing industry.
