Walt joined Behrmann Company as a Sales Engineer in 1999 and has served as President since 2010.  He graduated from Missouri University of Science and Technology (formerly University of Missouri – Rolla), where he received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.  Prior to joining Behrmann Company, Walt held sales positions at Philadelphia Gear and Rexnord Corporation, where he served as the Regional Drives Manager and was responsible for sales growth in a nine-state region.

Craig joined Behrmann Company as a Sales Engineer in 2006.  He graduated from Southern Illinois University – Carbondale, where he received a B.S. in Industrial Technology.  He also holds a certificate for Project Management from Rockhurst University Continuing Education Center.  Prior to joining Behrmann Company, Craig worked as a Sales Engineer and Program Manager for Alumax Engineered Metals Process and Nascote Industries, a Marketing Representative for Norrenberns Logistics, and a Quality Assurance Engineer for North American Lighting.

Dale joined Behrmann Company as a Sales Engineer in 2016.  He graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.  Prior to joining Behrmann Company, Dale served as MEP Department Head for Hurst-Rosche Engineers for four years and Lunsford Baysinger for three years.  He has also been President of Cover Engineering Design since 2004, providing MEP consulting to architectural clients throughout Southern Illinois and the St. Louis metropolitan area.

Zach joined Behrmann Company as a Sales Engineer in 2016.  He graduated from Missouri University of Science and Technology in 2015, where he received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.  Zach currently holds the Student Relations Chair for the ASHRAE – STL Chapter.

Rich joined Behrmann Company in 2016.  He graduated from Missouri University of Science and Technology in 2015, where he received a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Prior to joining Behrmann Company, Rich worked as a Project Manager for Thomas Industrial Coatings and St. Louis Bridge Company.
