Walt joined Behrmann Company as a Sales Engineer in 1999 and has served as President since 2010.  He graduated from Missouri University of Science and Technology (formerly University of Missouri – Rolla), where he received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.  Prior to joining Behrmann Company, Walt held sales positions at Philadelphia Gear and Rexnord Corporation, where he served as the Regional Drives Manager and was responsible for sales growth in a nine-state region.  Walt maintains an active role in various charitable organizations in the St. Louis metropolitan area and is a leader and mentor in the high school group at his church.

Pat joined Behrmann Company in 1980 and serves as our VP of Finance & HR.  She earned an Associate’s Degree in Administrative Assistance from St. Louis Community College and a Certification in Human Resources and Management from American Management Association.  Prior to joining Behrmann Company, Pat worked at Alco Controls, a division of Emerson Electric, and Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.  She maintains an active role in various organizations in St. Louis, including serving as a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and a commissioned Notary Public in the state of Missouri.

Bob joined Behrmann Company in 1978 and serves as our VP of Supply Chain.  He earned an MBA from Saint Louis University, with an emphasis in Management Information Systems, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Memphis.  During his tenure at Behrmann Company, Bob has served as an Inside Sales Engineer, an Outside Sales Engineer, and Director of Information Technology.  Prior to joining Behrmann Company, he served as a Technical Service Engineer at Firestone Tire and Rubber Company.  Bob maintains an active role in various organizations in St. Louis, including serving as an ASHRAE chapter officer for eight years, church Youth Commissioner for 10 years, Boy Scout Troop Committee Chairman for 15 years, and Boy Scout Adult Leader Trainer for six years.

Marty joined Behrmann Company in 2004 and serves as our Product Support Manager.  Marty graduated Cum Laude from Ranken Technical College as a Universal Tech.  Marty began his career with Behrmann Company as a Product Support Technician and was promoted in April of 2014 to the department’s manager.  Marty has attended all of our vendor’s training schools.
