Power Flame's Versatile High Performance Gas-Light Oil Burner. The Power Flame Model CGO dual fuel burner presents optimum state-of-the-art design for maximum combustion efficiency and operating dependability, These packaged combustion systems will fire all types of gaseous fuels, as well as #2 or similar distillate liquid fuels. The flame retention firing head incorporates a single nozzle pressure atomizing assembly for liquid fuels and a nozzle mix multiport combustor for gaseous fuels. The unique air sandwich design of the firing head produces full range stable performance in both positive and negative combustion chambers. Operating system adjustments have been minimized to provide trouble-free start up and operating performance. BTU capacities on natural gas 300MBH to 19,100MBH, boiler nominal HP from 23.5 to 454.

Power Flame's Versatile Small to Medium Range Gas Burner. The Power Flame Type JA gas burner presents optimum, state-of-the-art design for maximum combustion efficiency and operating dependability. These packaged combustion systems will fire natural, L.P. and a full range of waste or other gaseous fuels. The flame retention firing head incorporates a premix combustion zone with stainless steel, multiport diffusor to produce full range stable performance in both positive and negative combustion chambers. The JA burner is capable of firing high pressure drop and confined combustion chamber configurations. Operating system adjustments have been minimized to provide trouble-free start up and operating performance. 300MBH to 2200MBH, boiler nominal HP from 16.7 to 52.3.

- NOVA Premix
The NOVA Premix Gas Burner employs a fully premixed, high swirl stabilized combustion technology to provide proven low NOx solutions - Sub 30 PPM - without the use FGR for commercial, industrial and process applications. Sub 20 PPM operation, at slightly higher excess levels, can be achieved on many applications. Premixing fuel and air assures complete combustion with minimal levels of CO and unburned hydrocarbons. The unique stainless steel high swirl diffuser guarantees reliable and consistent performance at the operating conditions necessary to provide low NOx emissions. 400MBH to 2200MBH, boiler nominal HP from 20.2 to 52.4.

- Series X4 Micro Burner
We are pleased to introduce our latest gas burner to the market, the Series "X4" Micro Burner™. The X4 is a versatile 4" diameter gas burner capable of firing natural or LP gas from 150 MBH to 725 MBH. The X4 family of gas burners has the capability of firing against a positive backpressure of 1.5 inches W.C. As a result, X4 burners are adaptable to a very broad range of heating and process applications. The burners provide a new level of performance.
